Still no confirmed date for BF1943 on PC - Q1 2010 is the claim, which means it should be out before the LAN, but I'll believe it when I see it.

PS, whoever recomended that I buy Deadspace when it was on cheap the other week. Thankyou very much... although the camera is annoyingly positioned the game is bl00dy scary and I've only played 10 minutes of it!

May I suggest everyone with Xbox (or anyone in fact) signs up for the Blur beta. Blur is the game by the PGR developers so may be half decent, but more importantly you also get a 48 hour Xbox Live Gold membership which should be enough to get us through the weekend for anyone who isn't on gold.
