For those of you who don't yet know what it is, Joost is free, legal, TV distributed via a P2P model. Basically there are lots of channels and when you choose one a full screen program is delivered a few seconds later. I think It uses around 300MB per hour so beware if you have capped bandwidth.

Joost has now moved into a public beta phase and it is quite an improvement over the earlier beta versions. It even has some full length movies now on the Paramount UK channel
